Q. What is Aquasonics™?
A. Aquasonics™ is Acu-Bright's patented ultrasonic cleaning system that uses sound waves rather than chemicals to clean chandeliers as they hang in place. This touch-free, environmentally safe process provides marked advantages over traditional chandelier care.
Q. How is Aquasonics "touch-free" and why is this better?
A. When using the ultrasonic cleaning equipment, only water and soundwaves touch the crystals avoiding the use of traditional cloth and chemical cleaning that can pull, break and etch crytstal. In addition to a more thorough cleaning than other techniques, this "no-touch method" cleans where fingers can't and creates no static so chandeliers stay brilliant longer.
Q. Is there a limit in the size of the chandelier that Acu-Bright can clean or repair?
A. No, there is no limit! Acu-Bright has serviced fixtures as small as two-feet high and as great as six stories high with over 100,000 metal and crystal parts.
Q. Can Acu-Bright reproduce or replicate an entire fixture?
A. Yes, Acu-Bright can recreate unique and historical fixtures to exact specifications for commercial clients and designers, as well as residential customers.
